My Dad I. Alan Balfour developed over 500 homes in the Cape Elizabeth area. Some of the neighborhoods include Broad Cove, Sherwood Forest, Cape Colonial Village, The Oaks, Falmouth Colonial Village and several homes in the Cape Cottage Woods area. I guess you could call us natives as we have lived here our entire lives.
